Prototypes that cost the life

It is said that in Paris, every February 21 a page on Facebook publishes an article about a catwalk couture, which is attended by all famous in the world, it is said that nearly 500 models of haute couture assist to this event, but many  refuse the proposal because always die at least 20 models. I know who kills them: is the spirit of a woman that couldn`t   be a model because she did not possess the body needed to work in the catwalk. She always said that she would not kill herself of hunger like other girls, and  the models only create prototypes that young should not continue.
